The Rocky Flats Stewardship Council Board of Directors meets no less than four times per year.  Board meetings are open to the public.  Meetings are held at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (formerly the Jefferson County Airport), 11755 Airport Way, Broomfield, Colorado, in the Mount Evans Room in the airport terminal building.  Meetings start at 8:30 am and generally last 3 hours.

Each meeting includes an opportunity for the public to address the Board and to comment on all matters affecting the management of Rocky Flats and former site workers.
